For wedding photography packages, the delivery time is approximately three weeks. However, for all other packages, you can expect to receive your images within two weeks.

You will receive an email containing a link to your digital online gallery. This convenient gallery allows you to easily view and download your images according to your preferences.

In the event that you encounter any issues accessing the gallery through the link, we can make arrangements for a USB delivery.

Unfortunately no — you will only receive the set amount of edited photos from your package. I sort through all the photos from our shoot, and decide which ones to keep and edit as finals, and convert them into JPEG images ready for you to view and print. The photography RAW files remain under copyright to Myra Upson Photography, however you have full rights to use your final edited images for any personal purposes.

For all services provided by Myra Upson Photography, a contract is required to be signed. This contract serves to establish clear expectations for both parties involved, outlining the responsibilities and terms before, during, and after the session. It ensures that both parties are fully aware of their rights and obligations, providing a solid foundation for a successful collaboration.

At Myra Upson Photography, deposits are only required for wedding bookings, amounting to 20% of your total package. To secure your desired date, the deposit must be paid at the time of booking. Please note that deposits are non-refundable as we are unable to book another wedding for that specific date. However, in the event that you need to reschedule your wedding date (which is uncommon), we can accommodate the change. Alternatively, you have the option to receive a credit that can be applied towards any other service offered by Myra Upson Photography.

For the session to be confirmed, it's necessary to complete the payment no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. This ensures that we can proceed with the booking smoothly. Additionally, you will be required to sign an agreement that outlines the expectations and responsibilities for both parties before, during, and after the session.

In the case of booking a wedding, a 20% deposit is mandatory to secure your chosen date. This deposit should be paid at the time of booking and is non-refundable. Prior to signing any contracts, we can arrange a meeting to determine if you would like to work with me as your wedding photographer. If you decide to proceed, we will then go over the details of the agreement, which will outline the expectations for both you and me before, during, and after the wedding.

If you have previously had a photography session with me, this offer is exclusively for you! Please note that the 10% discount is not applicable to wedding packages, and it must be the same person who booked the original session.

The Cake Smash and Splash session consists of two parts, allowing your little one to enjoy and create a delightful mess with the cake during the first part, followed by a relaxing bath in the second part.

Please note that the cake is not included by default unless specifically requested. If you would like us to provide the cake, there will be an additional non-refundable fee of $50. This fee must be paid at the time of booking to secure the cake, which will be specially made by a professional cake maker.

When it comes to newborn sessions, I prioritize the comfort and safety of both the baby and the parents. Therefore, the session typically lasts between 1 to 3 hours. I believe in working on "baby time," allowing ample time for feeding, changing, and ensuring that the little one feels secure throughout the session.

My utmost priority is to create a relaxed and enjoyable environment for parents and their precious newborn. I want you to feel happy and comfortable throughout the entire process. Rest assured that there's no need to stress or worry. I will work diligently to capture the magic and create beautiful memories within a generous timeframe.
